1. Customers are advised to be clear on what they want before giving us a go ahead to sew their items.

2. In a case where measurements are taken and deposit is collected and the customer decide not to go ahead anymore; a 25% will be deducted on the deposit to cover for the cost of production

3. 75% negotiable deposit must be paid on all the work brought so that we can afford cost of production.

4. Customers with their own materials will pay a deposit of 50% negotiable of the quotation given before we can start working.

5. We do not refund for any of the items sewed already. The best to assist will be for us to sell it on your behalf and then we will have to deduct 25% on the total amount sold.

6. Should you come discuss the design with the fashion designer and he gives you the price and then later on you want to change the design or make an addition to it that will come with an extra amount.

7. Finished product not picked up on time (any time more than 30 days from the collection date), the company will not be liable should it be found missing.

8. In a case where the customer want to take the measurements a standard fee of R250 will be paid and will be credited when the customer sew with Kenzy k creations within 30 days once measurements are taken.

9. Every customer must pay in full before or on the collection date. Failure to do so, the company will reserve the right to hold the finished product.

10. We do accept ewallet or cash send or EFT as forms of making a payment.

Kenzy K shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded here.

What do we do with your information?

• When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

• When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

• Email marketing: We may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
